Morrison The following descriptions are recorded from observation notes made of the living collection during 1951-1952: Amethyst. Medium sized leaves with ruffled margins, very erect petioles. The medium green center and margin are flushed with purple and the silver green band breaks into fine dots in its outer margin, extending to the edge of the leaves.
